Free shipping on all orders. This proposal does not apply to Northern Ireland.

We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK.

Delivery usually takes 7-12 days. Depends on the delivery location and the size of the product.

Once our team has checked your item, it will be dispatched the following day.

Grouped Courier Service - If you have ordered multiple items, where possible, we will group your order for one delivery, so all items arrive on the same day. However, this isn’t always possible, and your items will be delivered depending on size, weight and delivery timescale.

When you receive goods that require assembly before installing, you must check the instructions and any parts listed to ensure that you have all the relevant details and fit the product in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.


ONCE YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully once they arrive. In addition, we recommend that you keep all packaging, receipt or order number, which can find on your order confirmation email.

Once delivered, the item/s you ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in total). Therefore, your responsibility and, apart from where damaged (reported within 48 hours) or faulty (reported within 14 days) when delivered, we will not accept any liability for loss, accidental damage, malicious damage or destruction after they have been delivered.


SELF ASSEMBLY

We cannot refund products that have been wrongly fitted. Therefore, we strongly recommend employing only qualified and experienced joiners and electricians to install products.
